Errigal

Errigal is 751m, its in the Derryveagh range of mountains and it is a pretty distinctive lump of rock in the middle of donegal.

There is a new carpark there and the it starts quite high so not very challenging but very very boggy at the bottom – also incredibley windy – beautiful views tho.

I recorded the walk we did and it can be downloaded here

the drive from derrybeg to ballyliffin was recorded as well…. here… i’m not too sure why….

My family have buked a house in Ballyliffin in July.

After seeing this picture I was motivated to climb yon mountain, then I looked down at my expanding gut and burst out laughing. I shall toast you from the riverbank as I land my first trout of the summer.
